1. Eligibility for Refunds.

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

- If the project has not started, and you notify us within 3 business days of payment.

- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances.

- If the delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope and we are unable to resolve the issue after multiple revisions.

2. Non-Refundable Cases.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

- If you change your mind after the project has started.

- If delays are caused by a lack of communication or feedback from the client.

- If the project is canceled after significant work has been completed.

- For third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, or premium plugins/tools purchased on your behalf.

3. Refund Process.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via email or phone, providing the details of your project and the reason for the refund request.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy.

- Projects can be canceled at any time by the client or by Web Design Uganda if terms are violated.

- If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress of the project.
